1. General Agreement

By registering an account, purchasing a course, or applying for a mentorship package at FXM Academy, you accept and agree to abide by the provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform or services.

2. Risk Disclaimer & Educational Purpose

Trading in financial markets involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. All information, chart breakdowns, strategies, and materials provided by FXM Academy—whether online, in live seminars, or on our physical trading floor—are strictly for educational purposes only and should not be construed as personalized financial or investment advice.

1. Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not indicative of future results.
2. You are solely responsible for any trades you execute in the live market using your own capital.
3. FXM Academy, its mentors, and affiliates accept no liability whatsoever for any financial losses or damages incurred based on the educational content provided.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational content provided by FXM Academy, including but not limited to course videos, PDFs, custom indicators, trading strategies, and website copy, is the exclusive intellectual property of FXM Academy.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this material for your personal education. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share your account access with third parties. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your academy access without a refund, and may lead to legal action.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Digital Courses & Online Mentorships: Due to the immediate, digital nature of our educational content and the proprietary strategies revealed upon access, all online sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the digital course material or community has been granted.
• Live Seminars & Physical Mentorship: If you are unable to attend a scheduled live seminar or a session at our Bhubaneswar trading floor, please contact our support team at least 48 hours in advance to discuss potential rescheduling options. Failure to show up without prior notice forfeits that session.

5. Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines

FXM Academy fosters a professional, supportive, and respectful environment for all developing traders. Access to our online student groups or physical campus is a privilege.

• Harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior toward mentors or fellow students will not be tolerated.
• Spamming, promoting outside services, or sharing unverified "signals" within our communities is strictly prohibited.
• Violation of these community guidelines will result in immediate expulsion from the academy.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FXM Academy account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

7. Modifications to Terms

FXM Academy reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the academy's services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
